Metallographic professional analysis software

Metallographic analysis software is a set of professional computer software system developed for metallographic inspection. Its basic principle is to collect metallographic pictures from metallographic microscope with hardware equipment such as optical interface and video acquisition, process and analyze the pictures according to metallographic standards, and obtain relevant inspection results.

Software

The software has powerful functions. The metallographic standard module is the most complete in China. Its main functions are as follows:

1. Automatic rating:

Based on the metallographic inspection standard, the software has developed more than 100 categories and more than 400 software function modules. See the annex for the list of software modules. There are three rating methods for this software module:

Automatic rating: the software can automatically obtain the final analysis results;

Auxiliary rating: the software can obtain parameters related to the analysis results;

Comparison rating: compare the collected sample image with the standard drawing library, and judge the result manually.

2. Create a new report:

The software can automatically generate electronic report documents and provide the function of saving and printing reports.

4. Geometric measurement:

The software provides a variety of measurement tools and methods such as "straight line", "Rectangle", "circle", "polygon" and "angle", which can complete the measurement of length, area and angle.
