QT-400A melt flow rate measurer is used for testing of high melting-point engineering plastic such as PE, PASU, fluoroplastic and nylon. As well as testing of low melting-point material such as PS, PP ABS resin, POM. It is commonly adapted by college institution, research center, quality inspection organizations, plastic manufacturer and petrol chemical industries.


Product features

The test results of Melt Flow Rate Measurer are inter-convertible. The machine can also tests density of melting. The multifunctional tester is able to timing, cutting and automatic result printing. The control software can set parameters, control constant temperature, cut, calibrate, time, display MFR result and calculate density of melt. Testing data is printable and can be inquired after the test. Some of the important operations require code authentications to prevent malpractice. The tester adapts colored PLC touch screen, English and Chinese bilingual interface and features a efficient frame structure along with a beautiful exterior design, and a stable control system with fast temperature escalation, minor overshoot, precise constant temperature control. After feeding the specimen, it recovers fast to constant temperature state. Also, an upper-limit temperature protection is adapted. It is now a leading product in this field, which meets global tier 1 standard. It is sold overseas to more than 10 countries in Europe and America. And it is EU CE certified.
