Horizontal Vertical Combustion Tester

1. Bunsen burner cap: inner diameter 9.5mm±0.3mm from the air inlet to the length of about 100mm±10mm;

2. Burner Angle: 0~45°(manual adjustment, with scale);

3. Ignition bedding plate: standard medical cotton;

4. The combustion gas: 98% methane standard gas or 37MJ/m3±1MJ/m3 natural gas or propane (gas);

5.Gas flame temperature gradient: from 100℃±5℃ ~ 700℃±3℃ 44s±2.0s or 54s±2.0s or according to the customized standard requirements (need to use temperature calibration device verification);

6. Temperature calibration verification device: imported instrument automatic control, with φ5.5mm, 1.76±0.01g or φ9mm, 10.00±0.05g standard copper head (optional);

7. Thermocouple for temperature calibration verification: Ø0.5mm, type K, imported insulated high temperature resistant armored thermocouple (optional);

8. Test time and holding time: 1s ~ 999.9s (digital display can be preset);

9. Repeated firing times: 1 ~ 9999 times (digital display can be preset);

10. The use of automatic lighting device, convenient automatic test;

11. The box internal volume: 0.75m³ (optional 0.5m³ and 1m³);

12. Dimensions: width 1330* depth 730mm* height 1500mm;

13. Box material: iron plate spraying;

14. Exhaust hole: Ø100mm;
