1. Machine description

QT-XGJ-10A Series hydrostatic testing machine is used to test the maximum pressure value of endurance failure time or instantaneous blasting under constant internal pressure and constant temperature for a long time of thermoplastic pipe, composite pipe(such as PP—R、PP—B、PP—A、PE、PE—X、PVC、PVC—U、PVC —C , PAP and other pipes)

Multi-purpose——It can not only test the long term hydrostatic pressure of pipe, but also do the blasting test of pipe also can be used to measure the thermal stability of thermoplastic pipe

Three-level monitoring——Level 1: 1 hour subtle monitoring；Level 2: 48 hour holiday monitoring；Level 3:of comprehensive monitoring of the whole process. External constant temperature media temperature monitoring.

Eight functions——With leakage early warning, rupture identification, real-time monitoring, power failure voltage protection, power drop protection, call automatic recovery. Print, store test results and other functions.
