2. Product features

Furnace shell is made of high-quality steel plate welded by folding edge, control box and furnace body as one structure. The appearance is beautiful, avoiding the cumbersome installation of customers. The inner lining is a rectangle integral lining made of high aluminum and silicon carbide refractory material. A spiral heating element made of iron-nickel-chromium-aluminium alloy wire is wound and passed through the wire grooves on the upper, lower, left and right of the inner furnace lining. It can heat up and down,left and right. The furnace is a sealed structure, and the insulation layer is built between the furnace and the furnace shell with refractory fiber aluminum silicate cotton and diatomite products.
